CHALLENGE

Deliver a solution that leverages best of breed, future proofed technologies that work together efficiently to deliver feature rich customer experiences at every touchpoint. It's not often you're presented with the opportunity to re-define how the airline industry engages their customers through digital channels.

APPROACH

Our approach was to set a vision for the digital experience, a 'north star', that moved Tigerair from silos to an integrated digital infrastructure. We focused on human-centred, cross channel journeys and leveraged the brand guidelines to deliver beautifully designed experiences at every touchpoint.

ECD UX'd, designed and developed a new headless website and mobile app and implemented Tealium CDP to connect all data sources. We set up an audience segmentation framework to support data driven targeting and personalisation and introduced structured analytics to monitor journeys across every touchpoint. We leveraged FullStory for behavioral insights and Conversion Rate Optimisation and enabled the Tigerair team to manage content centrally and push it to every digital touchpoint including the website, mobile app, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and third party affiliate sites such as booking.com.

We selected technologies based on a vision for the experience.

These technologies would work together efficiently as a composable stack, future proofed so that it could be built on an enhanced over time, without the need to re-build.

CDP and Personalisation

ECD developed the strategy and implemented the Tealium Customer Data Platform (CD). We leveraged the CDP to create custom audiences, pushing them to activation platforms to target digital advertising and personalise the digital experience across web, mobile, Google and Facebook.

The team at Elephants Can Dance pioneered the roll out of the global website and related infrastructure for Tigerair including reporting, data visualisations and web accessibility.  They've been great to work with, leaders of the shared vision and very responsive to our needs
